B E Y O N D the sale I have been a Licensed Realtor in Santa Cruz county since 2002. My tool belt is full of real estate experience to draw from, which I believe gives my clients an edge; unmatched negotiating skills, a strong relationship with fellow agents, hyper attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.. I have my fingers on the pulse of this ever changing market. Growing up in Felton, now living near the beach, and selling homes from one end to the other, I know Santa Cruz County inside and out. I enjoy yoga & hiking amongst the redwoods, but mostly hanging with my family in this beautiful paradise in which we live! I'm most proud of happy clients in my rear view mirror, knowing they will call me next time. You can read all testimonials on my website, Here is a sampling; "...We would advise anyone considering selling or purchasing a home to give Shannon a call, you won't be sorry. In fact it could turn out to be the best call you have ever made, we know it was for us." "...Shannon has earned my respect, my loyalty and my future referrals for a job most excellently done." "...Shannon Renfrew has earned lifetime referrals from our family." "...Having worked with a number of other real estate agents in the past, I can't imagine working with any other agent than Shannon when buying or selling a home in Santa Cruz or the Bay Area. She is fantastic in all aspects! I NEVER forget you have a choice... I've been loving what I do, since 2002
