Five Stars. My husband and I, his mother and our two daughters stayed one night and were so impressed with the location, the building, the operation, staff and food. The facility is incredibly cleaned, the staff were down to earth, kind and helpful. The mattress was so comfy. I would love to return on another trip

The front desk attendant, Robert, was rude and unhelpful. Please provide training to the staff to address customer experience. One staff member confirms some information and the next attendant blatantly dishonors it. As customer we will always trust the front desk attendant. So please train your staff so customers can have a consistent experience.

On the surface the hotel looked fine. The staff were absolutely the best. So friendly and made sure they took care of what your needs were. But the room fell way short. It was filthy. I spilled a little water on the carpet and used a white towel to wipe and dab it easily and the towel turned black. I never let my bare feet touch that filth again. I killed 6 bugs in the room. The toilet was stained on the bottom from urine which they didnt clean. I talked to a very nice worker who said I needed to go up to the higher floors since they ususally allowed pets on the bottom. I said well how about just cleaning the carpet instead. I am disabled and need to be on the bottom floor. I will not be back. They also dont have microwaves or toasters in the rooms but the do have a small fridge. When i realized it wasnt that cool I tried to turn it up but they said they took the knobs off because they couldnt trust the customers, I mean what damage could be done. I wish great staff would be enough but it isnt.

Q was amazing! She was very attentive and accommodated our every need. She was very kind and hospitable. 10/10 Highly recommend!
