I spent two nights here for a business trip, and overall, it was a decent stay. The location appears to be near office parks, and there are not a lot of shops/restaurants in the immediate area so you'll need a car or you'll have to use Uber. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and I appreciate the bottles of water that were provided. I found it disturbing that the comforter on the bed did not have a proper duvet or sheet that covered the entire comforter. Most hotels do not wash the comforters after each stay - they only change the duvet, and the comforter in my room only had a sheet that covered the top part of the comforter and the quarter top portion of the other side, meaning the remaining part was exposed and I slept under it. GROSS - this is unsanitary, and I have never stayed at a hotel that does not properly cover comforters, especially if they are not washed regularly.

Easy check in was given a high floor Corner Room that was very quiet and comfortable. A couple of big conventions going on at the hotel but you would never know because this place knows how to handle them. Nice M Club Lounge nice Lobby Bar nice pool that opens early the facility is clean the staff is friendly the beds are comfortable and you get daily room cleaning what more could you ask for?

We stayed here while visiting family in Chandler, so the location was perfect for our needs. This hotel is a few years old & is starting to need maintenance. One night, we could not get into our room. They had to call maintenance to fix the door lock. The front desk told us to use the phone next to the elevator to call the front desk if we couldn't get into our room with the new keys that were made. We tried calling, but no one answered the first time. We tried again & let it ring a long time. Someone finally picked up & I let them know that the new key cards didn't work. The shower water temperature was psychotic, and the spray nozzle was stuck on high. 2 separate maintenance calls were done for those issues. They replaced parts on both & fixed the issue. The room overall was spacious. I was able to hear people in the hallway. The elevators were very slow. We didn't use any of the amenities here, so I can't speak to those. There was a small bar area.

Decent 3 nights stay on business. Service excellent. Room had everything you needed and room service breakfast, gym very good. Would recommend.

Just completed a stay at this property. Greeted by the friendly and capable Anna at check in. She is a joy and very welcoming. Checkout was in the morning with Franklin. He was both accommodating and informative. Elite lounge was well stocked and roomy. The fireplace was a bonus! Rooms are clean and parking is free.
