PET FREE :D (we like pets, but are allergic to them)... what can you do? We get RED EYE within an hour ! Come home looking like Zombies :( Been coming through here for years. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast nook in the lounge (if you are short on time). Easy free parking in front. Right next to downtown Temecula. Close to the casino, vinyards, country scenery, great eateries, etc ... and REASONABLE PRICES :)

I stay here pretty regularly (about 7 times a month) and so far has been a great value and not many complaints. The rooms are stylish and beds are comfortable, location is good, no issues with safety so far, the price is extremely reasonable, and most importantly it is clean. It’s not perfect for the price as you’d expect staff isn’t always very friendly and breakfast leaves much to be desired but otherwise I’d say a great choice overall!

Zero stars for this greedy hotel. I booked 2 rooms online in the afternoon and within 2 hours needed to cancel because of a family emergency. The hotel refused to refund any money even though I offered to pay a cancellation fee. Absolutely disgraceful, do not stay here and promote greedy hotels.

Stayed at this property many times we love it here. Very nice staff , clean rooms what have have recently been fully remodeled . This place used to be The old Ramada but this hotel has definitely Earned a new name for its self in all forms and it's not far from historical old town front St .Temecula, CA and pechanga is literally right down the street so if your in town or here in town for a wedding or some event , or to come see the famous winery's this place is a must and also for the price and with a pool , &breakfast included you can't beat it .

This is place is awful. Do not stay there. My husband woke up with cuts all over his arms from the sheet material. It's unfortunate. They didn't acknowledge the issue either and basically said we can't do anything about. I called them several times, asked to speak to the manager and she never called me back until I finally hounded her and had no respect of our horrible stay.
