Had a great meal in the restaurant, Marco Polo. Staff were very helpful and friendly, informative about the dishes. Cocktails were tasty. Food waswell-made. Really appreciate how the staff made us feel welcome.

This hotel has beautiful design and a great location. Reesee from their staff was incredible. Our room was a little noisy and it was our 10th anniversary so she got us in a much more comfortable room and even sent us an amenity as a gift: an olive oil cake! Great stay. There was a little dust tucked away in places but very clean otherwise. Pricey, but worth it. We didn’t really use the pool though.

No the value for money I was looking for. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, but it was also somewhat underground. We had minimal natural light, and the walls were extremely thin. We could hear everything around us. I was woken up multiple times by explosions on the tv from the room next to ours.The staff at checkout refunded me the $35 charge for parking, but for the price I paid for this hotel, it was definitely not worth the money.I booked this because it was close to the observatory and we only were staying 1 night

Had an amazing time dining with my colleagues here. The front desk receptionist Reesee was lovely and attentively answered our questions regarding future accommodations.
