Right there in the middle of Cosmopolitan Westport is the wildness and beauty of Buryimg Hill Beach for meditation, quiet and reading. It’s not much for walking since it’s a short beach, and one needs as hair or blanket to sit on. The parking lot is a bit of a walk, but if you are not into Compo Beach or neighboring Sherwood IslandBeach with the noise and crowds, this is a sanctuary within the Westport. A true gem within the town. I need to stop, you’ll all be crowding there and there won’t be much silence or room for me!

This is not a big beach at all. Be aware that you'll need a sticker to get in OR pay the fee at the guard shack. Either way, it's such a nice little spot to hang and relax.
