The staff at HALL Arts Hotel proved exceptional throughout our stay. As a large group, we found the entire team kind, welcoming, and eager to assist.Several people deserve special thanks. Doran Smith and LA, the banquet bartenders, were both wonderful and remarkably kind. The gentleman at check-in, wearing the fun cartoon shoes, was welcoming and gracious. He made sure we were taken care of. On our first night, two other bartenders honored my request to put the WNBA game on. It was a small thing, but it made my night, thank you!I have one note for management. Your people take great care of your guests. Please make sure you take great care of them too. They should have the resources and time off they need so they can keep showing up and serving guests the way they do. A team this good is worth protecting.

Carlos was amazing. Told us about a great speakeasy nearby and said if we gave them his name, we’d get in. Worked immediately!
