Initially he was a little late because be got stuck in traffic. I honestly was a bit annoyed and wasn't the most friendly with him initially but he handled it so well and was apologetic. When he did arrive, he was so polite, professional, and personable. The ants were taken care of, he was friendly and super knowledgeable.
