The prices for this spa reflect a high end spa experience but it was average at best.We started with a lovely lunch overlooking the lake that included wine and delicious salads. The setting and food were very good. Definitely recommend!The spa experience started with a warm greeting and all seemed well. The locker room is tiny and lacked any noteworthy amenities. Robes were nice and the provided slipper/slides were fine. The waiting room was ok and had some coffee/tea and bulk snacks like yogurt pretzels.The real disappointment came when it was time for our massages. We had booked 50 minute massages plus the scalp treatment. When we entered the treatment rooms, we were offered add-ons such as CBD lotion etc. this took a few minutes of my treatment time. Instead of adding in time to do the scalpTreatment it was squeezed in - literally two minutes of scalp massage and oil for $30. Do not pay for this sad add on! My total treatment was done in less than 45 minutes. For $230.Nothing in this spa justifies the cost. There are no spa attendants and amenities are below average. This is not a spa you want to spend time before or after treatment. I’ve been to those and the EDGEWATER is not it. I reached out to the manager with my concerns and she offered to have us come back for a free scalp treatment. What would make me want to return for that two minutes of uncomfortable oily (the staff needs training on this) offering? Skip this place and save your money for an actual spa experience.

Excellent spa experience at the Edgewater. I had a very nice facial with Amy. It was outstanding as was Amy. I also had a pedicure by a lovely lady who did a great job and had a friendly demeanor. I believe her name was Lanie. I will return to the edgewater spa for services.

From the incredibly kind, accommodating staff to the gorgeous lakefront location, this spa offers such a unique and ideal experience. There are so many services to choose from, with handpicked technicians and staff members. The first time I visited, the Spa Director personally greeted and checked me in, she answered all my questions and helped me select the right treatments for me, and she has remembered me each time I have gone back. She even helped me sign up for Pilates on the docks, which was a perfect setting to start the morning. I got a full tour and access to the locker rooms, whirlpool , sauna, and other amenities in the waiting area. I felt very taken care of and got everything I wanted and needed. I will absolutely be back and I will recommend this spa to anyone & everyone in the Madison area!

This place is awesome! They really listen to your requests and make sure your needs are met. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. I love this place because of the customer service. Make the appointment you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing spa treatment. Staff was very professional and kind. I felt so spoiled the entire day. I will be coming back for sure. The manager Karma was so nice and made sure my my treatment and my day was perfect!
