Very nice! The room was very quiet, everything worked well, couldnt ask for a better stay.

I've stayed here a number of times over the years that it's been open, but I've been disappointed more times than not. As often happens here, I check in online the day before and select a room on the 4th floor. However, when I arrived at around 5PM, the Front Desk clerk indicated that the room I selected was not available due to a high volume of stays the night before. Same with any rooms on the 3rd floor. This is not the first time this has happened. Maybe they don't have enough housekeeping staff available on a Sunday to get the rooms clean, or they're just deferring the cleaning until Monday? Either way, it was disappointing. High floor is one of my top priorities in any hotel. On the bright side, the property is within walking distance to a Cracker Barrell and a Walmart. The pancake machine at breakfast is always fun. Even-numbered rooms face highway 75, while the odd-numbered rooms face the back of the hotel and the pool.

We will never stay here again! The energy efficient/saving thermostat was nothing but frustrating. Our room never came below 75 or 76 degrees. So it was warm and stuffy the whole time. No one could give me any real help as the system is computer controlled and supposedly has a motion sensor even though it made no difference when we were in the room. I tried turning it off and on, but the ac wouldn’t stay on for more than 90 seconds…yes I timed it. I slept terribly and for this simple reason, will never stay at a Tru again. I’m beginning to be disgruntled by the Hilton brand.

great place to stay friendly staff friendliest I’ve seen in a long time hotel was clean. Rooms were nice great price you know what you to expect when you Stay at Hilton Tru Hotel. Because they’re all the same and I love that none of them are different so you know what you’re getting when you walk in the door

We had a very enjoyable stay at this location. Staff were excellent - very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms and Washrooms were very clean. Buffet Breakfast was excellent, and we looked forward to it daily :) Multiple options on hot breakfast was great.
