tripadvisorBooks an airport shuttle months in advance when we got to Las Vegas, we were told that we needed to get a taxi instead because they were running over 2 hours be hide but we would get a refund. When they refused to give me a refund because it was canceled the same day. Would not ever use again. The taxies in Las Vegas are a lot better
MoreWhen we arrived we were told 20 mins or less wait time but it ended up being 1 1/2 hrs!!
MoreOn arriving, it took 45min to 1 hr for the driver to arrive. On departing, having called 24 hr before, we called after waiting 45 min past the pickup time. They reported we were not at the pick spot despite photo evidence. Then they said they would call us back to tell us when the next vehicle was going to arrive. We waited so long. We had to take a cab 35 minutes later and they still haven’t called back.
MoreEasy to book Shuttle to and from the Airport and Hotel. $28 Roundtrip per person. If you don't use one if the ride share services or rent a car, this is another option.
MoreI’d have given this zero stars if I could. I wish I’d read these reviews before booking too! Cleary this company is consistently unreliable and has terrible customer service. Our experience with Bell Trans was poor from the moment we arrived in Las Vegas. The driver tracking link did not work, nor did we get a reply to our texts. The airport had three different contradicting opening hours, and was unattended. The staff member on the phone when I enquired as to the whereabouts of our shuttle was incredibly rude and dismissive. It seemed the company had no idea about our pick up reservation. There were phone calls back and forth, told, “another five minutes,” then “five more minutes, maybe ten.” We waited over half an hour past our designated pick up time, and in the end cancelled and took an Uber which turned out to be cheaper anyway. I asked for the return to the airport to be also cancelled due to the unreliability. An email with the cancellation came through immediately, but on the scheduled day of pick up, I received a call from a driver about our pick up. I phoned the office as a courtesy to say that we had cancelled this several days earlier, however the staff member was keen to engage in an argument with me, insisting the booking had not been cancelled. My offer to provide the booking reference was sharply declined. This kind of nasty, rude behaviour is totally uncalled for. My emails enquiring the status of a refund went ignored until I was able to contact management. A refund was finally received over two weeks after the trip was cancelled. It’s one thing to have an unreliable transport service (which I didn’t expect from an executive transportation company), it is another to have argumentative, confrontational staff members to deal with. This behaviour was unacceptable and really soured our visit to Las Vegas. Avoid this company at all costs. Uber turned out to be far more convenient, reliable and cheaper.
