Driver was horrible, unprofessional, rude, and ended up kicking me out, and leaving me 1 mile from my destination. My phone was also left in the car, and I tried to call the company several times only to get a response 2 days later. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, hazardous staff, I assure you I will not be using this company again!

Horrible customer service. Stayed at a local hotel in the Clearwater area. I called the operator from my hotel room phone. Told him the room number and to have the driver contact me apon arriving. Call the hotel and select my room # to contact me. After being told to answer the phone when they call, obviously I would . Some time had passed, I call back the operator to be told the driver came and left. I never received a single call to my room. Nor did I receive possibly a knock on my door. ( Knocking wouldn't have been expected) But the operator was rude and ended the call I had placed after telling me the driver cancelled and left. Leaving me without a ride and not reserving a new one. If you want a service that's trash at what they do and take no responsibility. Call em up

Just had one of the 7277777777 cabs run me and my daughter off the road , lucky there was a turn lane to divert to. Called to speak to someone and they hung up on me . They don't belong on the road

I take these rides all of the time. I have had one driver THROW my things out of the cab because I was paying with card. I also had one driver tell me to sit in my seat and be quiet. I paid them for their services. Recently I had one driver show up 15 minutes late and the same driver show up 20 minutes late because he has to get gas.... This place is SO DISAPPOINTING

100 percent great experience. Greg from Clearwater office is fantastic. Had a small accident and the company did their best to make it right
