Awesome, Great, Wonderful venue. And, Diana Krall, what could be better!!? Have seen multiple shows, a few musicals here, always a great time. Pay parking nearby at the Double Tree hotel just east of venue.. or stay across river and walk to venue, it’s a nice stroll!

Third or maybe fourth time for Les Mis, and many more than that for the Performing Arts Center. The security process was seamless as there were enough people checking to make it go really fast. Fortunately I wasn't in need of a restroom as the line was really long. That's probably my only negative comment. I always choose the high back balcony seats and never seem to have any problem hearing or seeing the performance.

We had tickets on Jan 30 for the Lion King (exceptional!), but the experience was blighted by an unnecessary ticket glitch at the box office. We had printed our tickets out at home and nicely seated at the venue waiting for the performance when two people arrived demanding that we move, that we were in their seats. To make a long story short, not to go in to the unpleasantness of the situation with the other couple, it turns out the the box office printer had cut off the letter on the other couples ticket. They had E, we had F. Their E had been cutoff in the printer, justifying their assertion that we were in the wrong seats. The assistant at the theatre asked us for ID. looked at our tickets and was unable to problem solve. Had he entered our names in the system he might have been able to resolve the issue right away but that didn't happen. Eventually resolved but it wasn't pleasant.

New name (First Interstate) sponsor. Organized entry. Adequate security without overly problematic. Comfortable seats and very good acoustics. Great play. Loved it. Wife now wants season tickets. Nearby parking makes it nice.
