We took a road trip from Seattle to Spokane arriving on a Saturday afternoon.Checked in at Hotel Ruby which was close to everything. They had parking on site and bikes available to use. We walked the majority of our visit. Our first excursion was to Riverfront Park and the Sky Ride. We toured the grounds of the former 1974 World's Fair and enjoyed the park to its fullest. We dined at the classic Dick's Drive-In for dinner. Day two we enjoyed breakfast at Frank's Diner in the historical railcar. It was delicious and worth the wait time. We took in all the gardens at Manito Park and drove around the neighborhood of beautiful homes. We even drove over to downtown Coeur D'Alene to see a bit of the lake and say we'd been to Idaho. We enjoyed our dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory back in downtown Spokane. The highlight of the trip was checking out the Lego store at River Park Square and getting our Lego passport stamped. A fun weekend for two for under $600.

Grew up in Cheney not far from here, the major mall here is the primary thing to do; when in doubt, shop. This was a terrific place to kill time, and still is.

Come here often to watch a movie at AMC. A great mall in downtown Spokane, tall! The theater is very nice, always a treat to catch a flick in a theater as nice as this one. Parking is convenient too.

Nordstrom, Apple, Sephora—several of our favorite stores that we don’t have in Montana. It’s an upscale atmosphere, & has its own parking garage, which makes it easy to access & not worry about finding parking, etc.

There are lots of shopping options here. This mall is very accessible with elevated, enclosed pedestrian links, and good parking. On our visit to Spokane, we like how it augmented the Centennial Trail being so close to the river, giving us a nice indoor option for a few blocks on our walking explorations of the downtown.
