Great stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane (Airport).Room was available for early check in and clean and comfortable. Hanna and Charlene were very welcoming at the Front Desk. Hanna recommended the Elk restaurant which turned out to be fabulous for our needs and was close to the hotel. We ate there twice!! Turns out it was once featured on Diners and Dives. Shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous.
MoreI must share... we came over from the Seattle area to say goodbye to my father in law, who is in the process of dying. We had a room booked at Motel 6, and as we checked in, the room had no toilet paper, a bug crawling all over the toilet, no working TV and the whole place was filthy and smelled of smoke. My husband said, nope... so we demanded a refund. We crossed over the road to Hampton Inn, and were warmly greeted by Aaron Bennett. I told him what we had just experienced and not only did he check us in, he upgraded us to a king suite. Never... not even for our honeymoon, had we been in such a lovely room. Every attention to detail was met.A few minutes after we entered the suite, Aaron texted my husband, asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable. Honestly, the attention that he gave us, while our hearts were so raw, it was beautiful. Aaron, we will be back! Thank you for your kindness!
MoreHannah made our night when she told us the pool was open 24 hours, and then she made it even better! She upgraded our room to a family suite for us and told us the best place to park. An absolute angel after our long day of driving and hiking!
MoreNice new, or newly updated, property; very clean with lots of space (breakfast area, sitting area near fireplace, etc.). Room was spacious and well-appointed and location was great: minutes off the interstate for easy access when traveling and only a 10 minute drive to all the downtown Spokane offers. Staff was friendly and always available.
MoreBeginning our stay there and they are charging $25 to check in early, even when the hotel is quiet and not full. Very disappointing and just another way to ding repeat patrons...
