When we visit the Anchorage, AK area, shopping is always on our list. My husband and I only buy certain things when we visit Alaska: tee shirts, socks, jackets, polo shirts and gifts. Polar Bear Gifts is a MUST stop. It has a expansive selection of just about anything you would want. The merchandise is of a relatively good to excellent quality. We highly recommend stopping here.
MoreYou'll find several Polar Bear stores in Anchorage. We shopped at the one just around the corner from the Log Cabin Visitor's Center. We found a very large collection of t-shirts, as well as many other types of souvenirs and gifts.And for just a little more, you get a bright yellow Polar Bear bag to carry it all in!
MoreThis is not fancy, but it is a “stack it high and let it fly”…..eg. Lots of stuff at low prices. Probably the lowest prices on T-Shirts I saw in the city. Many many things to buy that have Alaska logos on them!VictorB

MoreI visited this store while I was in Anchorage. They were very friendly and helpful. A good variety and prices very reasonable. After I got home I wanted a few more things and ordered on line. My package arrived in 5 days well packed and complete. I was very impressed. Thank you Polar Bear staff. You were great!!!
