Product Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / Customer Service: ⭐The shop has beautiful items; I bought a gorgeous ceramic bear that I absolutely love. However, the shopping experience was very disappointing due to the terrible customer service from the lady who wrapped it. I informed her that I needed appropriate packaging to safely take this delicate piece on a plane. She rudely replied that wrapping it in double paper was the best she could do. For a business that sells fragile items and curiosities, they should better train their staff in hospitality and travel-safe packaging solutions. This shop is big and has a lot of variety but most importantly it has very reasonable prices. Many items I saw here were less expensive than other places we shopped at in Anchorage. Feel good about buying souvenirs here. VictorB

It states it has unique Alaskan gifts but its more just a souvenir shop.It has all the normal stuff in there, key rings, magnets, T-Shirts, mugs etc.There are a few souvenir shops in this area and they all have the same things.I chose to shop here as it had a pair of socks that I wanted. Other than that, its just a shop.

The store offered a variety of t-shirts. The t-shirts with the bears are my favorite. The variety of other gifts such as honey is great.

Grizzly's have a great range of Alaskan themed souvenirs. They have a wide variety of t-shirts, magnets, homewares, snacks, books, totem poles and more. I found their quality to be better than the other gift shops and most things were very reasonably priced.
