Founded in 1973, The Catawba County Home Health Agency is a community based nonprofit organization that provides a range of health care service to the residents of Catawba County, N.C. Its staff in coordination with patient's private physician offers in-home medical, nursing and therapeutic care services to individuals of all ages. The organization provides patient and health care education to family members and caregivers to promote health through the prevention and control of diseases. The Catawba County Home Health Agency is certified by the N.C. Department of Human Resources and the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. It is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Home Care. The organization is a part of the Catawba County Public Health department. The Catawba County Home Health Agency is located in Hickory, N.C.
