Loved the tour. Highlight of our Alaska Vacation. Food was great and hot (salmon chowder). Staff was great and very helpful.

The cruise was great except for the fact that the entire narration was impossible to hear. The engine noise prevailed as well as the rude passengers who talked through the whole thing. With all the technology possible these days, this should never happen. We wanted to learn about what we were seeing and that was not at all possible. We feel really cheated. We were able to hear some of it if we stood outside by the speakers but there was also a tour guide whu did his own talking to his passengers which made the smboat narration impossible to hear. The food was good and we liked the extras they did like handing out cookies and oranges. It could and should have been much better for the price we paid.

Took the 26 Glacier tour with bus transportation. It was great! Good food, helpful crew, great views, and smooth ride. We saw lots of otters up close, and got to experience glacier calving. Fast trip but didn’t feel rushed. Had a window seat which was super nice. You might try to request seating location? The bus pick up in Anchorage was smooth with clean bus and nice driver. Very happy with the whole experience, it was worth it.

Even though the weather wasn’t that great, this part of our Alaska trip was my favorite. The Glaciers are so much more when seeing them in person. The tour was great and included a huge box lunch (thought we thought we would be just getting chili or chowder). You don’t need to eat prior to taking the tour. There is also a small counter to order additional food and drinks. Dress warm as it’s chilly out on the decks. The boat gets you up real close and personal, we actually saw calving which was so awesome. We did not see much wildlife but one little otter. They even scoop up some huge blocks of glacier that fall off during the day and bring it on board to make Margaritas!!

We did the Glacier Quest with Rail - this was the only thing we planned on our trip, we read the amazing reviews and boy did it exceed them. The ladies on the train explaining the area were great. The ladies driving the boat and giving information were great. The guys were amazing as well. The food was very good - had the chili- to see glaciers that close and hidden waterfalls, the beauty of the area was truly worth it. I would definitely do this tour again and would recommend it as a must to anyone visiting Alaska!!!
