Beautiful hotel resort and the only one with a lake view. Crystal helped me at check-in and was so kind and thoughtful! Great experience from the start! Thank you Crystal!

The worst ever hotel. Don’t be fooled by the cool name. The hotel lacks WiFi in each room, it only has physical keys not keycards, the bathroom was so small the sink had to be outside. The whole place is a dump- and forget the breakfast. Either English muffin or pastries. Not even cold cereal. Couldn’t wait to leave. And did I mention no air conditioning? Or one pathetic tiny soap bar for sink only- which is in a different room than the shower!!! So you need to bring your tiny (wet) soap with you to take a shower. Skip this hotel and stay elsewhere in Anchorage. Many many other better choices.

The room I was in is a suite. It was very comfortable and clean. But the air conditioner didn't work too good. The first night I didn't sleep too good because of the humidity. The second night was much better. But the bed was very comfortable. And the TV reception wasn't working too good because of the weather. It rained.

The room was just clean enough, but the service was really poor. The room was way overpriced for what it was. I took a walk in the evening and came across a homeless encampment not far from the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Wifi was only in the lobby!

We stayed here on the last night of our trip to Alaska. Dingy, old and falling apart. This hotel is not worth a stay. Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Thin walls, plumbing sounds from nearby rooms and flimsy door made this a miserable stay. Find something better!
