Always clean room and friendly staff
MoreWas in this hotel multiple times during August-September 2026 as part of a 30 day Alaska adventure. All the staff, especially Chris on the front desk and the shuttle drivers/bellmen, were supportive, helpful, and added to my trip. When luggage storage or handling was needed, shuttles from/to the airport or downtown, or plans changed - I was met with smiles and help. Their knowledge of the Anchorage area added to my trip. Rooms were clean, washer & dryers worked, and the AC worked well. Thank you

MoreWe had breakfast in the dining room and had the most wonderful server named Boyd. He was so pleasant and personable. He took very good care of us! Come visit Boyd.
MoreStuck us as far away from main lobby - walked thru a maze - no guidance as to what is the room direction I asked for microwave - none there. Room was so basic, no view, no frills, nada. Restaraunt staff rating was 1 (10 being highest)Breakfast staff is the exception (8)Lunch food was delicious; Breakfast buffet was not worth $28. Powered eggs, premade omelette, cold French toast, oatmeal container was empty and more. You get a better breakfast buffet at the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn for FREE. Will not stay there again. & NOT PAY $450/night to boot. True Customer Service was lacking.
