The size of the room was great. The couch was great. We could sit around and visit, play games, or watch TV. The TV swiveled to the sectional and the beds. The kitchen gave us the option of cooking or just having a meal with each other in the room comfortably. The breakfast was great. Walking distance to my daughter's apartment.

After a very frustrating travel experience, the Hyatt House in Franklin completely turned our evening around. We arrived at another hotel at 10:00 PM only to discover that our reservation had been canceled without any notice due to overbooking. Thankfully, we came to Hyatt House and were immediately greeted by Leah at the front desk.Leah was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She took the time to assist us, quickly found a room for the night, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Her customer service was exceptional and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for.The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. From the excellent accommodations to the outstanding service, our experience at Hyatt House was top-notch.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Franklin area. A special thank you to Leah for going above and beyond—if I could book every stay through her, I would!

Hyatt House Franklin Cool Springs. What a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel is exceptionally cared for, clean and up to date. Rate was excellent and location couldn't be better from BNA airport, to Nashville, to Franklin and surrounding areas. Ample restaurants and shopping all within easy access to highways and freeways. Location was safe and quiet. The rooms were comfortable, immaculate and well appointed. There was always someone available at the front desk. I will definitely recommend this location in an area with many hotel brands to choose from.

my stay was fantastic. From t he staff, Dale, Ben, Leah and Anna were GREAT ! The overall hotel and the rooms were very clean and fresh . Breakfast was delicious each time and the area surrounding the hotel was very nice and inviting. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it

Great customer service, everything we requested came right away, the rooms were spacious and clean, we loved the in door pool.
