This little church is home to the Sunset Music and Arts cultural initiative. It´s a community organized deal and completely worth it if you are into really good classical, jazz, opera, broadway, and more. I got tickets to an opera gala online, from Eventbrite; it cost me less than 30 dollars per person and we are talking serious artists here with serious credentials. One of the best opera galas I've ever attended. The church is quaint, all wooden and has great acoustics. It is located in the Sunset District. We were delighted to listen to four consummate opera singers and an amazing pianist in the intimacy and sobriety of the church. Additional to the whole thing: the parishioners are extremely nice and welcoming. Its a lovely community.
