Classes are always a Full Body workout, including inspiration from the Cosmos. Bringing Astrology + Chakra love to our practice :) We are also available by appointment if the listed hours conflict with your schedule. We understand some people operate best at different hours (including myself), so feel free to reach out if you are a night owl or early bird. Students love it when there are modifications created for them so they can continue participating in class. It allows for a smooth flow.
