Solimar is my favorite beach in Ventura County. We usually find parking and the beach is steps away. Whenever I visit from Indiana, my last day is marked with a last day beach bbq at Solimar, so I have many wonderful memories there.

Solimar Beach is great for the family. Plenty of nice waves for both surfers, and little kids with boogie boards. Easy access from Highway 1.
