We showed up later in the afternoon on a Saturday. There was a party going on with charcuterie. There was a special barrel process going on, and there was a bunch of arrogant individuals in the facility. My friends and I showed up, willing to enjoy some good bourbon and whiskey. We had one or two drinks and then we were shut down because, well, no explanation. Our best guess is that the people who were trying to have a kegging experience were not enthralled with the fact that we were enjoying a local distillery and trying to celebrate the fact that the local distillery had adequate flavors. So, my review is the flavors that were offered are mediocre at best. The service at this particular distillery subpar. Don’t pay attention to the hype when you see it on the advertisements. It is a very small tasting room with very limited venue. These individuals could do much better!

Great bourbon distillery, they have a nice history and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Need to try the apple pecan and the moonshine it was good and smooth.

Came by because my parents know the owner and her fiance. Love 300 Days of Shine in Monument, so thought this might be good, too. Definitely was!!! Sat down to a complete explanation of how each drink came about and how it is made. Then got to try each one. The Apple Jane tastes like homemade apple pie and the vodka... DELICIOUS!!! You definitely have to go in and check it out. They even ship for you!!
