I was arriving at the Miami airport alone with several large suitcases so I booked meet and greet service. Upon leaving the international arrivals area I searched for the sign with my name but no one was there. I had been communicating with my driver via text since landing and kept him updated on baggage claim. Bottom line, he never showed up for the meet and greet and told me where to meet him outside. It was difficult to find him and moving around with 3 50 pound suitcases was not easy. I was finally able to find him and the rest of the trip was fine. I emailed the main company asking for a partial refund but they simply made untrue statements to explain why the meet and greet did not take place. I can only say that one should be cautious when booking with this company.

Arriving in Miami after a long flight, I was welcomed with top-notch service. The limo ride straight from the airport was nothing short of luxurious. The driver was punctual, extremely polite, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. The car was pristine, with plush seats and a smooth ride, which made the trip to the museum even more enjoyable. I felt like I was being treated like a VIP, and it set the tone for the rest of my solo adventure. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for comfort and class!

I had an amazing experience with the ride! From the start, the driver was super friendly and made me feel at ease. He was prompt, helped with my luggage, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The car was spotless and stylish—definitely added a touch of luxury to my trip. We had a great chat along the way, and I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. By the time I reached my destination, I was relaxed and ready to take on my business meetings. Highly recommend!

We booked Twelve Transfers for our family trip in Miami, and everything was perfect! The driver was punctual, friendly, and the vehicle was spacious and clean. It made our journey from the airport stress-free and comfortable. We’ll definitely use their service again!

We missed our flight because of this unreliable company. They lie to us to the last moment that they are coming. This is a scam, later we found out this people are not even in Miami they are using local companies to do the job for them, but they didn't pay them... avoid at all cause..!!! Janine S
