At Apex Management, we will help you find the perfect place. A locally trusted Bethlehem, PA property management company for over 30 years, we specialize in both residential and commercial properties throughout the Lehigh Valley. For Owners, We can do full management or partial, where you take care of your maintenance, or just re-rental services. Anywhere you fit on the spectrum, let's sit down and design a management contract for your particular needs. We do full credit and background checks before we rent out your property, we sit down with your tenants and go over our comprehensive lease, and then we do a walk thru with them to note any issues before they move in. We take maintenance calls, even at 3 AM, and then address them as quickly as possible. Give us a call and ask any questions you may have, or schedule an appointment to sit down and look at the services we offer.
