Found this gem of a hotel some nine months ago! The crew at the front desk especially Norm Hutton are outstanding, the hotel is spotless and well cared for, with excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to. Highly recommended!
MorePolite & professional staff. Very nice modern rooms. Use the breakfast vouchers - the breakfast was delicious. Free airport shuttle service. The shuttle driver can take you to other places near by but only if not busy with airport pickup - otherwise Lyft or Uber will be your go to. There are nice restaurants nearby... like a 16 min walk to & back if you're looking to get your steps in. Nice gym.

MoreI tried to book on this hotel from the 20 of April for ten days. I was very careful to select an option that made it possible to cancel wit no cost until the 19 of April. I got an email confirming this.Then I changed my plans so I tried to change the from date to the 23 of April. The stay would then cost about 1300 USD. Next day my bank called me because the hotel had tried to take 913 USD from my card. My bank closed the card because I did not recognize the amount and did not expect to pay in advance. I contacted the hotel that told me they could no see such a transaction. Later on I wanted to cancel the whole stay because several people say the sound isolation is not good. Then I had to pay about 1300 USD. I contacted the hotel and told them that even if I had made a mistake when I just wanted to change the start date, they could see my intention on my first reservation. So I wanted them to give me a free cancellation. But they refused.I had to just accept to pay 1300 USD but I knew my card was closed, so no transaction on that card will go through. I contacted my bank to get documentation of the 913 USD transaction. The hotel had tried several times.I will warn everyone against this hotel. They are not to be trusted.
