Stayed at SpringHill Suites at SeaWorld. Was told by hotel the shuttle would take us to the nearby attractions. Booked the shuttle for the next morning. Waited 45 minutes. Called them several times. Other guests of the hotel were also waiting for the same shuttle. The shuttle never showed up

Unacceptable experience — not a serious company.We had a confirmed pickup time and location from Universal Orlando and planned our day around their schedule, even leaving the park early to be there on time. Despite this, the bus never showed up.We waited for almost 2 hours in the rain and tried multiple times to contact the company using the phone number they themselves provide for delays. None of our calls or messages were answered.We were left completely stranded, with no support or communication, and had to arrange alternative transportation at our own expense.This is not just poor service — it is a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. No company that treats passengers this way should be trusted.Do not trust companies like this when traveling. I strongly recommend avoiding them.They ruined the trip I'd been planning for so long. Scammers and liars!!!

We used their shuttle service to and from the parks on multiple occasions on a recent family holiday. It was great to be able to book the trips on their website to know we had a space on the bus - they are very popular and can book out quickly. A special mention to one of the drivers, Kevin who was always so friendly, took time to explain the route to everyone, and always had great music playing for the ride. He is a gem.

Terrible bus service! Avoid if possible.We stayed at the Avanti International Hotel but this company does work with many others. Reservations are easy to make and must be done at least 2 hrs prior. HOWEVER - going to Magic Kingdom the bus was like 30 min late. Ok perhaps due to traffic, but coming back home 45 min after a white unmarked bus shows up (yes their buses are unmarked and hard to tell what company they are or where you are going) but at our stop for other hotels but not ours and despite a reservation we were left stranded and barely found a uber home. There were 2 more families besides ours who also were left stranded from other hotels. Best advice - stay away from this company. Probably better to stay at a Disney resort that has buses that are a sure thing.

Terrible bus company.... left us stranded, we was there waiting for 45mins. AVOID THESE!! Do not use FLORIDA BUS.... leaving us stuck is a joke.
