The hotel staff, lobby and outside areas were lovely but significantly let down by the room itself. The room was dated, not a problem in itself, but there was an overwhelming mouldy damp smell in the room. The noisy air con only just managed to slightly hide the stink. By the end of our stay I absolutely dreaded entering the room. The carpet felt old and dirty. There was no duvet cover!? Just a sheet underneath and one over the top. Is this usual for the US? It seemed a bit unhygienic, but just my opinion.

Just wanted to say to Carl, the team you have are a credit to the resort.Loved our stay at the Delta, usually we stay either in Villa or nearer Universal but never regreted this decision.Staff were wonderful and facilities exellent. Friendly inviting check in with request of top floor accomdated.Pool never crowded, plenty of loungers and a relaxed atmosphere. Room good with everything we required, air con worked well and shower always hot. Lifts to top 8th floor always available and nothing too much of an issue.Room cleaning plentiful, with no concerns or isuses.Plenty of eateries and outlets in range with car with easy access to the I-4.We would defo return again, thanks to Carl and the team, we will be returning!!Clark family, Dundee, Scotland.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful two-week stay at Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration, and overall, we had a fantastic experience.We booked our holiday through Love Holidays, but when we arrived at the hotel after more than 12 hours of travelling, we were told they had absolutely no record of our booking! As you can imagine, this was incredibly stressful and certainly not the start to our holiday we had hoped for.However, I have to give the reception staff enormous credit. They were calm, friendly and reassuring, asked us to take a seat for a few minutes, and before we knew it, everything had been sorted. What could have been an absolute nightmare was handled brilliantly, and we were so grateful.Our room was perfectly comfortable, clean and tidy, with two large beds, a full-sized fridge, complimentary toiletries and bottled water. It had everything we needed for our stay.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every single day, and throughout our two weeks, we found the entire hotel to be beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we really enjoyed our time here.My only criticism would be the rather extortionate prices of certain items within the hotel. For example, $4.50 for a tiny 250ml bottle of milk is ridiculous! We also ordered a double Captain Morgan’s and Coke at the bar, only to discover we’d been charged the full price of two separate drinks, despite it all being served in one glass. That seemed a little excessive and certainly left us scratching our heads!That said, these are relatively minor grumbles in what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.The cleanliness, comfort and, most importantly, the fantastic customer service more than made up for those little niggles.We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to Orlando.

This hotel is nice and perfect for families! The room was clean, nothing fancy, but the garden and swimming pool areas are so gorgeous! Also the restaurants while simple are price well and the food is good. Also they have a shuttle to all the parks and that was super convenient! When we return to Orlando I would definitely stay here again. The only con is that you have to be very aware of the daily fee you get charged, which you can use in any of their restaurants but at the end make sure your bill is correct because they had mistakes in our final bill - my guess is the person doing the charges was new because there where three mistakes. Besides that, our experience was pleasant and the hotel feels like a true resort.

The Florida chapter of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese recently held their 5th annual conference at the Delta Marriott. This is our third year there. It gets better and better and better every year. As the conference chair, I got to know many members of the staff. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and goes out of its way to take care of their clients. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We had a three-day conference. The conference center is wonderful and separated from the reception area to make meetings and conferences such as ours very pleasant. The rooms are clean - spotlessly so - and very comfortable. The pool and Tiki area are wonderful to enjoy after conference hours. Children especially love the pool area with its big slide. The tiki bar serves not only drinks but food also. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby area. Everyone from Carl to Don to Divya make sure that we were comfortable and well cared for. The reservations were made easy by Kemail who worked very closely with me to ensure that everyone was well taken care of. Our conference coordinator Katie was energetic and personable and always available during our 3-day stay. The front desk staff especially Tina was outstanding. The entire conference staff is among the best I've ever dealt with. And we will be back next year and 4 years to come. Thank you all for making our fifth conference a wonderful one!!!!!
