We enjoyed our visit. The was a lounge singer when we went in. He was very good. Then the dueling pianos started. The two guys were very entertaining. We got to request the songs we wanted. They had some gambling tables for charity open too.

Avoid! This place is a total disaster. This was our experience.1. I made the reservation in advance for Thursday 12/14. In the email confirmation I received, it clearly stated doors opened at 8 pm and 8:30 pm was the scheduled showtime. Well, an hour later came around and there were still no performers in the house. While waiting for the show to start looking clueless around the room, at no point were we advised what was going on. So we assumed the performers were running late. At about 9:30 pm, I asked our server where the pianists were and she mentioned oh sorry, we no longer have shows on Thursday nights. So why not mention that in an email or why even stay open for that matter? Very disappointing. The point of my visit was to enjoy the entertainment. There was nothing even remotely close to that. 2. Me and my guest were the only 2 people sitting at a table that night. With that said, they also got our food order wrong. We ordered the family sampler and not only was there a delay with it coming out, but they also brought out an additional dish we did not order. That seemed to have caused a visible confusion between our main server and the door host, who was also assisting us with the order. Additionally, we had asked for our wings tossed in the spicy buffalo sauce. That didn't happen either. The wings came out plain with the sauce on the side. Again, only 2 of us sitting at a table in a room that easily accommodates 100 guests. So how hard can this be? Was this everyone's first day? I'm not trying to sound condescending here, but at this point, we were wondering exactly that and couldn't wait to leave. 3. When we complained at the end, our server mentioned the manager wasn't there and she couldn't do much. Not even one discount on the bill for this major inconvenience to us. So tacky. Also, our server was the manager of the other room called Teatro Marti I believe. Not sure I understand how a business can run a night without someone in charge. Interesting. It's a beautiful space, but unfortunately, I won't be returning to this establishment ever again, much less do I recommend it to anyone. A total waste of time.

This bar is in the same building as Teatro Martini - a dinner club we went to on our recent trip. There is no admission charge and they have several casino games that don't have cash prizes. They ask a minimum $20 donation to a local charity at the door and for that you get 200 chips to use at either roulette or blackjack. The chips you win are redeemable in prizes, not cash.Meanwhile, the dueling pianos are very entertaining and feature lots of Billy Joel and Elton John songs. You can also make requests. So after going to the nightclub next door, we got our 200 chips and played pretty much for about 2 hours - after which we took our 240 chips and were able to get 2 candy bars! They had some inexpensive jewelry we could have chosen, but my wife didn't care for their selection. No one pushes drinks on you and there is no minimum. In fact, I don't think we even had a drink while we were there.Jewel is not open every night. I think only Friday and Saturday - but you should check before you go.We had a great time and recommend Jewel. The donation is for a good cause. The music is great, and even if you don't win 2 candy bars (LOL) you'll still be a winner going here!

I had such a blast here! I very rarely write reviews, but this place is deserving of it! I thoroughly enjoyed the Teatro Martini show & planned to leave afterwards. However, after walking thru the Jewel to exit, the dueling pianos got my attention. Those guys were HILARIOUS! It's a much better comedy act than the actual show! They did fun singalongs & interacted with the entire crowd, drawing everyone in. They inserted their own VERY comical lyrics to popular songs. Best date night in forever.

We stopped in here after the Teatro Martini show. It was a Thursday evening and not much of a crowd but I loved the dueling pianos. It would be a great place to take a group and enjoy the evening. They do offer charity gambling as well. Drinks are comparable to other piano bars.
