With over a decade of leadership experience at Mohawk Industries, Steve Rados became the trusted advisor among his own friends and family for their flooring projects. Recognizing the value of his expertise and the trust placed in him, Steve organically founded Friends and Family Flooring in 2005; a value oriented, environmentally focused floor covering company whose customers are seeking a seamless buying experience based on trust and confidence. We're happy you found us and we're dedicated to exceeding your expectations!
