Hotel is gross. Believe the reviews. Staff is not friendly. Rooms are dirty and housekeeping is not even a thing . Hallways full of trash and carpet dirty etc. heated pool is cold and not usable. Stay somewhere else. Lots of hotels in the area to choose from.

Room stinked and we could not stay. When we asked for a refund for the second night, they said non refundable. Worst stay. Stay away. Whole hotel stinks. I thought comfort suites was better quality. Now it's the same as any budget hotel.When non refundable policies are made, room should be in satisfactory condition.
