Just wanted to give a shout out to this company for its excellent service. Starting with Katrina who arranged our transport, the owner who drove us to our hotel, and Ibrahim the driver who drove us back to the airport. Everyone was so kind. The owner gave us a tour of the city on the way to the hotel and some very helpful hints for us while we visited Seattle. On our way back, we arranged for an 8 am pick up. We were able to get off the ship 1.5 hours earlier than expected. We were worried because we got off the ship at 6:30 am. Of course it was raining and we had no place to go with all our luggage. I made a phone call and Ibrahim was at the cruise ship within 5 minutes to pick us up. Ibrahim was very kind, courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about all these people and we will definitely use their service on our return trip to Seattle
MoreWhat a great guy King is! Super cordial, and a big help with our group of 9, including 3 kids, one in a child seat. The vehicle was sparkling clean and comfy. We would definitely use this service again!
MoreI hired All Black Limo to drive my family of 12 from the Airport in Seattle to the Carnival dock for an 8 day Alaskan Cruise and for the return trip to the airport. We had a large family from ages 6 to 78, with some of us having mobility issues. ABL was a pleasure to work with. Communication was on point, even when I had to make changes because our flights changed ABL worked around the change. The Cars were clean, the drivers professional and even gave us a little history about Seattle since most of us had never been there before. I would highly recommend them. I wish All Black Limo had offices in other cities I visit, I would use them every time.
MoreExcellent service provided by Karina, and our driver David who was early for both of our pick ups and communicated with updates. I highly recommend and will choose them for any future service.
MoreWe booked a ride for after a cruise. The booking process was easy. They had great communication in the day leading up to our ride. The vehicle was excellent and the driver was great. We will use them again!
