In operation for more than 10 years, Katy Budget Books offers great products at great prices. The vast majority of items sell for half the publisher's price or less, a price range that avid readers simply cannot resist. The shop has certainly come a long way over the years. To date, it has recycled more than 15 million books in popular categories like children's, mystery, romance and bestsellers. Second-hand music and videos are also a popular draw.
