Our first visit here despite living in the area for years located in the old site of Myer's Chicken. We were warmly greeted by the manager and owner. We enjoyed a room designated to the history of Route 66 along with a video and interesting history provided by the manager. We browsed for some time looking at all the interesting and lovely merchandise provided mostly by local talented artists. We looked at the back outside area that has been renovated in old western style decor for the purpose of venues great for parties and small events. An enjoyable visit!

This place has a few items for sale and some souvenirs. The young man working was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely stop here for a look around and information about the area.

There was a very unfriendly dog there when I arrived. The owner put him behind the counter, but he was still very agitated. She explained that he doesn't like people. Why would you bring a dog that doesn't like people to a place of business? Made me very uncomfortable.

This was a great little stop. The attendant, Brandon, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of souvenirs to chose from. Interesting exhibits. Brandon told us that in 2026, Route 66 would be celebrating it's 100th anniversary and all the states it runs through are planning celebrations. We marked our calendar for a road trip!
