tripadvisorI have never been in a dirtier hotel, if I could give zero stars I would. You walk in the floors are sticky there is muster substances on the walls, hair everywhere, and it leaves your white socks BLACK, we got one pillow each. The sheet had blood on it. We ended up leaving anyways because nothing is worth that. Absolutely disgusting DO NOT BOOK HERE
MoreThe lady who runs the desk is rude and unhelpful. She’s sarcastic and condescending. Every time I’ve tried to book with this location I’ve dealt with her and I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your hotel needs.
MoreDon’t waste your time going to this place!!! Christine’s customer service skills are terrible. I’m in the service industry and I’m a firm believer that your first impression is a lasting impression. My son scheduled a showing at this location for an internship that he’s doing in May of this year. He confirmed this morning before we drove 2 1/2 hours from Chicago together there and be treated like trash by Christina. We got there after being on the road for 2 1/2 and ask to use the washroom to be told I have to go to a gas station a block away. Her concern was not to help us but to reprimand my son for not coming on the day he originally scheduled to come out. However, he contacted them on last week to reschedule because he couldn’t make it last week and called several days prior to to reschedule. This is not a place I recommend anyone scheduled to stay at because if this is how they treat someone that’s spending money and traveling from out of state to stay there, they don’t value your business. And if she is the person that represents the company, her attitude is very disturbing and she should not be working with the public. I am a member of Choice hotels and I did file a complaint because this is very disturbing. I’ve been a member of Choice hotel for several years and I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I could go on, but I refuse to give her any more energy.
MoreThe young lady at the front desk was fairly new, didn’t seem to know what she was doing and the check in process took much longer than it should have. There was a huge stain on the carpet in the hallway. Bed was hard as a brick. My entire body hurt in the morning. The bed frame was cheap and the mattress slid around with minimal movement. There was a burn mark on the desk. The two chairs in the room were kitchen chairs and one was peeling badly.
MoreI would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were several situations that made my stay extremely unpleasant.First of all, the cleanliness of the environment left a lot to be desired. I found cockroaches in my room, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this type. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged, and after reporting the problem to reception, I have not received any solution to date. The floor of the room was sticky, and when I tried to clean it with a cloth, the result was extremely dirty, showing the lack of hygiene. The situation was even worse with the window of the room, which does not have blackout curtains, causing the lights from the surrounding businesses to enter throughout the night, compromising my rest. Finally, the experience at reception was disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly in a hotel, being served by a rude employee who showed disdain for my questions. It is regrettable that guests are treated this way.In light of all these issues, I would like to reiterate that my experience was very bad and I will certainly share these events online, in the hope that actions will be taken to improve the services offered.
