The only positive thing I can say is the location was near a lot of things. It was a disaster from the time I arrived. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to get into. When I checked in the man didn’t tell me the room I reserved wasn’t available. I get to the room, it looked like it had been opened with a crowbar, it smelled, there wasn’t a light bulb, I used my flashlight on the phone and when I saw the room I was a hundred percent sure I couldn’t stay there. The attendant was ruled when I told him that wasn’t the room I booked and it was unacceptable. I called Oyo because that’s who I booked with and they were no help at all! They lied and said, I’d be refunded but three weeks later they said, they couldn’t due to policy. I did get my money back, I filed a dispute with my bank.I had to find another hotel it was almost 11pm and I did. If you’re thinking about going here please don’t unless this is your only option. Right down the road is a hotel named Causeway Bay and it’s was just a little more but it was an excellent stay.

I made a reservation online through OYO for super inn Lansing MI, they took my money. When I got to the motel there were no room available the night staff was rude & they knew they had no rooms available and they still let you book online & take your money. When I did stay there they would just give me any room and not the room I paid for. I brought king rooms and they would give me queen rooms and they would give me the worst room they had. If your homeless never go there to stay and when you check out the night older gentleman wants half of your deposit for himself.I booked my room July 5th 2025 was supposed to check out July 6th never stayed. They are just now reaching out to me to tell me I don't qualify for a refund but they don't have an answer why. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE WITH THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HAVE THE ROOM AVAILABLE WHEN YOU GET TO THE PROPERTY
