I recently stayed at the kompose hotel in Sarasota Florida on September 23-25 and had a great time until I was charged 35$ for a barbecue sauce stain on a towel and for not making my bed. I have given this place 5 star reviews every time I’ve stayed there but that’s not happening again because this was absolutely ridiculous for them to charge me for a barbecue sauce stain on a towel and for not making my bed. I have never ever been charged for damages to a hotel and this was absolutely ridiculous for them to do that. I even washed all of the dishes in the dishwasher before I left and they charged me 35$ for absolutely nothing. I will definitely call out Nicole specifically because I was told that she was the one who charged me and that’s so sad because I’ve given this place so many good reviews.Kiki,Julio, Taylor have been amazing so this isn’t towards any of them but Nicole really did something especially horrible to me and it actually makes me sad because I loved staying there

This is one of the beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to - cozy, comfortable, many amenities. The breakfast buffet was very various and delicious, we had a great time at the pool and some of the best sleeps on the king bed! Will def coming back
