This hotel is not as it looks in the pictures, we were looking forward to chilling out at this hotel and the pool before going to our next stop. Especially being an IHG. The pool didn't look like the pictures. This is a very old property; the air-conditioning units have been added to the rooms afterwards and they are big and noisy. Our carpet was stained and smelly from prior flooding. Our furniture was stained. It was very clean, but old and in need of updating. The simple breakfast was okay; there is a pool bar that was reasonably priced. The staff were all super in the hotel, at breakfast and the bar, and made the not-great stay ok. We ended up not spending much time in the hotel at all as a result. Glad we were only there 2 days.

Hotel experience was great. Started out at the front desk with excellent friendly service provided by Kovern. Kovern was very helpful and informative about the area and the amenities at the hotel. She was very knowledgeable and always a smile. Greeted us every morning with a big Hello.

lka was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She guided me through everything and answered every question I had. We arrived late at night, and she welcomed us with such kindness. When I checked out the next morning, she was there again with the same warm smile and positive attitud.She is hardworking, kind, cheerful, and incredibly efficient. She handles everything so quickly while making every guest feel welcome and cared for. Thank you Ilka for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

This hotel is in a prime location. Super close to the Disney parks as well as Universal. The rooms are good, maybe a bit outdated but the staff is the star of the show. Great people, very helpful. Daniella was the best!
