This hotel meets the expected standards of a Hyatt Place. The hotel and room were in good condition and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Was welcomed by the Hyatt staff. They also provided a great Mexican Restaurant located Downtown, a short drive to Rt. 66. Great location, very close to Rt 66 downtown. For those with pets great location. Safe area

Centrally located hotel. Very clean despite accepting pets. Provides a good breakfast.Staff are very professional and customer service oriented. Very attentive to customer needs. That is why I always stay here when visiting Amarillo.

Our family needed a place to stop for the night, and this hotel was a great choice. The beds were comfortable, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The area was in a decent neighborhood zone so we felt safe. It is located minutes from restaurants and the Cadillac Ranch attraction.The kids especially enjoyed the clean indoor pool, and breakfast was a plus. They had Texas-shaped waffles, fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and a yogurt bar with chia seeds, dried fruit, and a ton more options to choose from.Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy quick stop for our family.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean. The Availability to eat and relax at the end of the day onsite is great. Highly recommend this hotel anytime you are in Amarillo.
