The office, which Dr. Robert Brunst and Gourab Das have occupied for many years, has a comfortable reception area and there is ample parking. Visit us for urgent care and primary care in Encinitas. Walk-ins always welcome! Perlman Clinic has been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary care and urgent care in San Diego since 2005, with our first location being in La Jolla.
