We made a special trip from out of town to hear the Beegie Adair trio and the venue was superb. First time there and google maps brought us right there. Lots of free parking and away from all the craziness of downtown. I know they will be moving in 2020 so not sure if they will be in such a wonderful spot. The atmosphere is great. Very intimate and you can bring in your own snacks and drink. We sat at a front table and the other couple we sat with were local and gave us lots of great tips for seeing Nashville. It was a magical evening to hear the Trio and to meet Beegie and Roger afterwards. Highlight for us as we have been listening to them for over 20 years.

A little gem in the Nashville music scene. Saw an intimate performance of the Beegie Adair Trio and I could not have been more impressed with the venue and the folks that make the music available. You’ll need to bring your own adult beverage if you’re so inclined. I will be back, time and again!

Okay. Here's the deal. This place is spectacular for serious music lovers or other listening activities. I was fortunate enough to hear Beegie Adair in an intimate setting like this. I felt I was in her living room having a personal concert. This place is not hard to find, but you have to be willing to venture into construction areas, dark roads and unfamiliar territory. It's worth it once you find it. The signage helps. There seems to be plenty of free parking available, which was a pleasant surprise. As well, this is a very small venue, so the parking demand is minimal.Another well kept secret is the BYOB policy. That extends to food as well. There is a bar, which serves water, coffee and snacks for a dollar each. Another screw to the bar is that the best seats are at the bar. The best view, easy access to embibements and a direct shot to the bathrooms- no need to swim through the small, but tightly packed table seating to move about. That being said, all the seats are great. Tables are a nice touch, specially with friends and food. It's also nice to mingle with the performers and have a conversation with them during intermission or after the show. The ticket prices are reasonable. This place is a great value and a lot of fun. There is a place to mingle outside of the seating area.My uber pick up driver was scared off by the neighborhood and I had to coax her back to pick me up. That reflects on the river, not the NJW. I will return to this place again. You should too.

Our visit was 4 August 2017 at the 8 pm show with Everett Green & Lori Mechem Trio. I had brought my tickets online and scoped out the place before going to dinner and did not know what to make of the area. The area is under a lot of construction along this river and they are putting up some really nice living complexes. You can tell they will be bringing in the big bucks. It is in a prime location along the river. I would like to come back after it is totally completed. They do have some very nice complexes up already. Well our show was not a disappointment at all. The people who worked there were pleasant the people who were at the show were pleasant and the entertainment was great. It’s small but well worth it if you like Jazz. This place should grow once that area gets built up. You could sit back and enjoy a grown-up life with great people and excellent music. If I am back in this area, I will grab another show.

Some Nashville friends took me and my son to the NJW...tickets are hard to get, you need to buy as soon as they become available on line as the venue is small...spent a terrific evening listening to Everett Greene, wonderful jazz vocalist, and the Lori Mechem trio...she gave the piano up to Beegie Adair for a few minutes, all of them were great. The volunteer staff is friendly, I wish we had a place like that where we live!
