At Golden Hour, we specialize in helping new parents and infants in the first 6-8 weeks of life. Lindsey is an herbalist, who helps mothers with healing after vaginal births and C-sections. She also helps with household tasks, baby wearing, basic breast feeding support, and anything a new mother and new baby need to help their transition, and to get to know each other during the "fourth trimester." Maggie is a passionate activist, and postpartum doula who specializes in helping queer families, preparing vegan meals, and being trauma aware and sensitive to all types of families and births. Most importantly, we both try to meet you where you are. We love new parents and families, and want to help ease your transition with your new baby in any ways we can.
