Customer service support is horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Lacking in transparency and communication on basic questions and general concerns. Good luck to anyone seeking an accurate refund.

1) Two-day Private Tour from Las Vegas to Arizona We had a round trip two-day tour from Las Vegas to Arizona. Our tour guide/driver, Rigo, was excellent. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He knew how to pace our activities so we could visit all the places in our itinerary. On the first day, we visited Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and were right on time to watch the beautiful sunset in The Grand Canyon after an early dinner nearby. We had an overnight stay in Flagstaff, which was also recommended by the tour agency. On the second day, we visited Sedona including the beautiful Chapel of the Holy Cross Catholic church. We then proceeded to Route 66 for a yummy lunch at a diner. We then proceeded to our last stop, the amazing Hoover Dam. Rigo was entertaining with all of his stories about each place we visited. He was an excellent and careful driver as well. 2) Land Trip from Las Vegas to AnaheimWe had Kobe as our excellent, friendly and helpful driver from Las Vegas to Anaheim. He was very kind as to accommodate our last request to drop by Desert Hills Luxury outlet in California before proceeding to Anaheim. He promptly checked his map and brought us there. All my emailed inquiries were handled promptly and efficiently by Sophia. She was very kind and helpful especially when I requested at the last minute for a stopover in the Desert Hills outlet on our way to Anaheim.

The tour package i took was awesome. Only thing was, there was no contact person available till the tour start. All communication was via email - it was quite surprising. Usually once booked, the Tour company assigns a guide with a local contact number for connecting which Fun Group said not possible. But they responded over email.

An excellent tour ! A fun filled day witnessing great wonders of the world! Viewing Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon.

It was breath taking views from the West Grand Canyon which is 2.5 hours away from Las Vegas. However, you must buy the bus ticket to the Canyon from the gate which is about $30 per person. Also, Cristal bridge entrance is another around $20 per person.
