Noisy location with tons of interstates. very confusing ability to drive to stores and restaurants. Noisy hotel. I have stayed 3 times and each time it is more worn out and front desk is helpful or very rude. Parking is hard to come by most nights as there are semi trucks and other large trucks with trailers taking up to 5 spaces. Not romantic. best for kids to run around the lobby that has a few games and game equipment. Will not go there again. Rooms have hooks and a tiny clothes bar above the mini fridge. we had to open up the ironing board as a shelf to lay out clothes.

If you want to sleep, be sure to bring ear plugs. The walls are super thin. Be sure to book the top floor if you do end up staying here. We had someone above us who literally ran and jumped for hours, and was super obnoxious. I can deal with some noise in a hotel, but this was excessive.

This place is clean but for 163dollars the mattress are cheap and no in room coffee. The rooms aren't very soundproof either. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff were friendly. Would probably not stay again for the money. Nice TV and furnishings.

This is partly a review of Tru and also this location since this was my first Tru experience:Tru: A true budget hotelEverything comes in a dispenser: soaps, lotions in the room - even yogurt at breakfast!But it’s a full breakfastThe decor is definitely IKEA style and utilitarianLots of knobs for hanging things, outlets and workspace areas in the lobby for the business travelerYou will not get shower cap, q tips or anything aside from soaps as amenities.Housekeeping only comes every other day but the towels were nice and fluffy and enough to get by for that amount of time.I like that there is coffee all day, the decor is happy, free parking and easy to navigateThe bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows of different depth - nice and comfy There is no “bar” like you may find in an Aloft - just some bottled wine or beer for purchase in the lobby.This property:Absolutely spotless! (New?)The staff is very helpful and lots of smilesLocated next to an Applebees and small mall with a Kohls next door and a good Thai restaurant next door too. But that’s it folks!The walls are a little thin- I didn’t hear my neighbors but did hear traffic starting up outside early in the morning.Net-net - cleanliness is king in my book. Box checked.

Beautiful hotel but nearly deserted. The restaurant was excellent but it was so cold it was ucomfortable. had to go back to room th get my jacket. THere was one other couple there and they also were very cold. Room was very comfortable and staff very friendly.
