They said we could get picked up at the delray Florida rail train station, but you actually have to walk a long way and cross the highway. They say you can get picked up at the station so you download the app.

Absolutely much better than Uber (which was a cluster) - the driver (Teresa) was awesome, car was new and clean, drive wait time was short, and overall it was a great experience!

I tried booking the wheelchair access to go to beach(since the rich, hated the trolley coming all the way into “their” territory), 4 separate times I’ve tried, never showed(let alone approved to show it driver….). ☹️

Unacceptable wait times 1.5-3 hours & more. Their unreliable has caused ppl to lose their jobs. Trash!

While I LOVE that this is free, times being what they are, finances are limited, BUT, it takes way too long to get a ride! And they don't go everywhere. I live in North Beach, but work in South Beach. Freebee doesn't go to where I work, so I have to get off at Lincoln Road and transfer to a trolley or bus(which is its own ordeal). I have to book almost two hours in advance in order to get to work on time. But sometimes they come earlier. It's a crapshoot. When I finally get on, I've never had a problem with the drivers. But, it's also a rideshare, so you will probably be picking up and dropping off other passengers on the way, so figure that into your timing. I don't know how many times I've had to just cancel and get an Uber, which I was trying to avoid in the first place.
