Jerrett, a manager, went above and beyond in helping me with the laundry. And the location is amazing - get a north-facing room and watch the people tubing in the river, using the lovely bike trail, and the waterfowl. The gym has a Peloton and there's lots of great cycling. We always stay here when we visit Longmont!

I was in need of toothpaste & toothbrush and told they are not complimentary. When I looked at $ing (which weren’t marked at shelf but rather on a piece of paper next to the front desk) - $4 disposable toothbrush & $5 for small tube of toothpaste = $9 total!If you need any toiletries, I recommend you hit Walgreens .7 miles just up the road.Fortunately my experience as a Diamond member, 95% of the Hilton properties have these items as complimentary.

Had family who stayed at this hotel August 2025. Liked it,was impressed with the service. The in town family came together for drinks on 8/16, About 30 of us. The Resturant manager was rude, he gave us one big table. For all of us. He told us this is a Resturant stting area. Really got in my daughter in law's face. My bar tab was 52.00 including tip. I'm sure the bar had another 10 bar tabs. My family like to celebrate for a 21 year old birthday. The bartender was great! The Resturant manager, not so much.Jennie W.

Very clean and hotel staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms had keurig, mini fridge and microwave for those like us who travel with drinks and food a lot of times. Great location. Not really any issues or complaints

I've been a Hilton Diamond Member for nearly 10 years and after I qualify again with the remaining 9 nights, I will be Lifetime Diamond. I've been staying at Hilton properties going on 15 years and what I witnessed was horrible during my most recent stay. My lease was up in August and I was staying in local Hilton properties until I started my next chapter with the Federal Government. I booked a 2-day stay 11/9 - 11/11 and on the morning of the 11/11 when I thought about taking a shower, I noticed that the walls of the bathroom were covered with female hair. From the walls next to the toilet all the way up to the ceiling, even near the shower. I had just checked out of another Hilton property on 11/9 and just used the bathroom and washed my hands during the first couple of days, but freshened up daily. I let the front desk manager know about it and they stated that they were sorry and if they could do anything, let them know (unfortunately it was 2 hours before check-out, what could they do). She said that she will see if they could give me points, but it's 4 days later and nothing. I called the Hilton Diamond Desk later and they only offered 10,000 points and said that they could transfer me to the escalation department, but I figured that the local property would have honored what they were going to offer by now.I've had minor instances happen at Hilton properties and they offered more (points plus covering the stay). Since they haven't done anything, I've never written or had to write one because honestly, this doesn't happen at Hilton properties here or abroad.Let's see what Hilton will do next with this review...
