Hotel was located in industrial area. It was convenient though to go to downtown area for restaurants. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was just ok - prepared items were salty. Overpriced but hotels in area were pricey due to an event in Eugene. Would probably stay at a different hotel next time in Eugene.

Good choice for a simple stay. Sparkling clean. Nice breakfast with good omelettes. Free coffee in the lobby. I liked the nightlight in the bathroom. Fridge in the room. It would be nice to have a microwave there, but there is one in the lobby. Water refill station in lobby. I joined Hilton Honors program and got some free water. I would stay there again.

The staff is excellent, breakfast good, beds comfortable. Several issues: requested a top floor room and were given a lower floor with stomping above. Had the reservation for weeks, and we were staying 3 days,So, not sure why we didn’t get what we requested?No coffee maker in the room and the lobby was almost always out of coffee.No microwave in the room.And, only one chair?? Why can’t they put two chairs in the room so two people have a place to sit? There was room for another chair.If none of these things matter it wasn’t a bad place to stay.

Room was great and the staff really took care of me - Breakfast was good and fresh and any needs were quickly addressed. Gym was easy to access and I really enjoyed the Eat and Sip - nice selection and had everything we needed. Thanks and we will be visiting again

I had an amazing stay! Grateful location. The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I would love to visit again. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.
